Polyester powder-coated with a factory-applied BBA certified process, this soffit is made from high-quality aluminium.
This Skyline Soffit plank is part of a secret fix modular planking system jointed by internal brackets without the need for stepped joints and has been designed to be combined with standard fascia systems to create a complete new build roof perimeter design. Fabricated with welded and mitred edges for a smooth finish, this soffit is suitable for a range of applications including healthcare, commercial, residential and public sectors. Made from durable, corrosion-resistant aluminium, this soffit is expected to last 40 years in rural/suburban areas and up to 25 years in marine/industrial areas and requires minimal maintenance once installed.
