Description

This Adoptable Inspection Chamber Base 450mm x 110mm Five Inlet with three plugs from Brett Martin is terracotta in colour and easily identifiable. It is compatible with 110mm and 160mm drainage applications that are both adoptable and non-adoptable, particularly where exceptional strength and load bearing are necessary.

With five inlets, an optimal direction of flow is delivered. The step-down design has built-in fall and boosts flow into the main channel. In turn, this avoids blockages. The sockets are suited to use with Brett Martin's BSI Kitemarked (EN 1401) underground range and feature twin shot captive seals to optimise seals and stop seal dislodging.

  • 110mm socket diameter and 450mm chamber base diameter
  • 255mm invert depth of base, 525mm Invert Depth of Base and 1 Riser, 1125mm Invert Depth of Base and 3 Risers
  • Effective Depth of Lid and Frame is 30mm
  • Internal Diameter of 450mm and Internal Diameter with Chamber Reducer of 350mm
  • Connecting lugs on the base and riser for stable installations

Brett Martin drainage solutions comply with industry standards. Particularly the publication of sewers for Adoption 7 (sfA7) outlining revised performance criteria, with freshly-defined design detailing and installation standards across various adoptable drainage networks, manholes and inspection chambers. This means Access and Inspection chambers fulfil the obligations in sewers for Adoption 7 (sfA7) and building regulations.
