Made from 1.5mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, this ACO HygieneFirst Kitchen Tray Extended Edge Channel is durable, easy to clean and pickle passivated for added corrosion resistance. It features a 200mm contoured outlet for improved drainage at low flow rates and is an ideal asset to the HygieneFirst drainage system.
For use with tiled floors with thin bed installation, this Kitchen Tray Extended Edge Channel has a drainable sump, concrete fixing anchors for secure installations, and adjustable levelling feet ranging from 60mm to 110mm. It is compatible with food and drink manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities and hygiene-sensitive applications, and is equipped with a waterproof membrane to connect to ACO 218 Gully bodies.
Created to prevent dangerous bacteria and pathogen food contamination occurring from drainage elements, ACO's HygieneFirst drainage system follows stringent hygiene requirements and principles for food contact surfaces implemented by BS EN 1672, BS EN ISO 14159 and EHEDG Document 8 requirements for drainage element design.
