With a frame depth of 38mm, ACO's UniTop AL SOLID Access Cover has a single solid floor and is made using high-quality aluminium. It is suitable for pedestrian traffic only in schools, hospitals, plant rooms, kitchens and other commercial areas, both internal and external. It is also suitable for use alongside a range of floors, including concrete, epoxy, epoxy screed and screed.
This cover is suited to a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of up to 5 tonnes. To enhance safety, this ACO access cover includes a raised slip-resistant surface and a single EPDM liquid and odour seal. It is also equipped with four-point locking as standard and comes in a range of sizes.

Please can you tell me how effective this odour seal is? Is it just rubber tape?

This one is single seal only. You would be better using a double or triple sealed cover to stop smells.
