Designed for challenging environments, the ACO UniPave Multi Tray Galvanised Steel Locked Paving Cover delivers both secure access and heavy-duty performance. The sectional construction breaks the cover into manageable lifting panels, with removable support beams making inspections and maintenance easier to carry out. A dependable locking mechanism and neoprene seal help prevent tampering and limit water ingress, while the 100mm tray accommodates paving infill up to 80mm thick to maintain a neat, flush appearance.
Made in the UK using recycled galvanised steel, this cover combines dependable strength with a lower environmental footprint and is fully recyclable at end of life. A protective zinc coating guards against corrosion, while its FACTA D rating ensures reliable performance in demanding areas carrying slow-moving traffic up to 44 tonnes, such as loading bays, service yards and industrial access routes.
