Ideal for internal and external pedestrian traffic applications where installations are restricted by floor depth, this ACO UniFace AL Shallow Recessed Access Cover allows for a subtle appearance, made from sturdy aluminium for corrosion resistance. Tested to FACTA specifications for a Class AA rating, this access cover is single with a frame depth of 50mm, permitting a recessed floor finish of up to 15mm thickness.
Available in a range of dimensions, this access cover is suited to Gross Vehicle Weight of up to 5 tonnes and includes a factory-fit four-point stainless steel locking EPDM liquid, odour and dust seal. It can be used alongside concrete, epoxy, ceramic tiles, carpet, terrazzo and wood, meaning it is a great option for hospitals, leisure facilities, schools and a selection of domestic uses.
ACO's UniFace range of discrete and shallow access covers is equipped with long-term durability and performance. To ensure a seamless blend with various floor finishes, the access covers feature 4mm aluminium edges.

Can these recessed man hole covers be used outside with a 20mm porcelain tile?

There's no reason that you cannot use these outdoors.
A 20mm tile would be fine, It would be on the upper limit of what we would recommend however.
