The FreeDeck is an advanced roof and balcony drainage system from ACO. Combining line drainage with point drainage using an open-sided drainage channel, this system collects and conveys rainwater to drainage points within raised or suspended deck structures. Rainwater interception happens at three points, including surface run-off, percolation within the deck and rainwater outlet positions.
To ensure you can rely on the product's quality, the channel complies with national access regulations. Manufactured from galvanised steel, this adjustable shallow channel is installed directly onto the insulation layer or waterproofing membrane. Where pavings are required to be laid 'open or closed joint', an efficient drainage solution is created. This improves safety for foot traffic and weathered protection of the building fabric.
