Made from galvanised steel, this access frame has a 50mm fixed height, 400mm width and 400mm length. From the innovative ACO FreeDeck range, it can be installed as part of a superior balcony and roof drainage system which unites point drainage with line drainage by applying an open-sided channel system.
Within a suspended or raised deck structure, rainwater can be collected and conveyed to drainage points and intercepted at various locations including percolation within the deck, surface run-off and rainwater outlet points. The ACO FreeDeck channel is simply placed directly onto the waterproofing membrane or insulation layer. For increased weather protection of the building fabric and enhanced safety for foot traffic, effective drainage is delivered where pavings are needed to be laid 'open or closed joint'.
