This ACO UniFace Galvanised Steel Recessed Access Cover is manufactured from hot-dipped galvanised steel. With an 83mm deep frame, it is ideal for shopping centres, schools, hospitals, warehousing, offices and other internal commercial applications, and is able to withstand up to 38 tonnes of Gross Laden Vehicle Weight (GLVW).
The recess is created to accept floor finishes up to 15mm thick with concrete infill below. For added discretion after fitting, the single-recessed cover comes with 4mm steel edges and an EPDM double rubber seal that will put a stop to liquids, odours or dust from getting into or out of the access point. It is suited to use alongside concrete, terrazzo, epoxy, carpeted and wooden floors, and floors with ceramic tiles.
For security purposes, the cover also includes a built-in four-point stainless steel locking system as standard. Two lifting and locking keys are also provided for easy removal and securing as needed.
