Product Description

Everbuild Firefoam B1 Hand Held - 750ml

Firefoam B1 handheld is a quick-setting fire rated, one part polyurethane foam. It expands on application to yield up to 50 times the can contents and meets the extremely stringent requirements of the test criteria - BS 476 part 20, class b1. Fire rated up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after approximately one hour.

Shake the can well before use, about 20 times. Carefully fix the nozzle but do not overtighten or force. Always use the can upside down and only partially fill cavities, as the foam will expand to fill the remaining space. Any excess foam can be removed whilst still wet with everflex foam cleaner. Cured foam must be removed mechanically. Always remove nozzle from can and clean immediately after use with everflex foam cleaner. When used for fixing doorframes, supports must be used until the foam is fully cured.

Store upright between 20 and 25°C pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Do not pierce of burn the can even after use. Store as flammable liquid.

Shelf life

12 months in original containers at stated storage temperatures.

Please note: Always wear protective gloves.
