Description
The anchorset green is a styrene free rapid curing chemical anchoring system designed for the high strength fixing of railings, satellite dishes mountings, signs, brackets, gate hinges, balcony rails and other fixtures which carry heavy loads. The unique easy-flow technology of anchorset green means the twin bag system within the cartridge enabled the product to be applied using a standard cartridge gun, therefore easy to use by a general builder. Complete with mixer nozzle. Grey in colour.
Application
Un-screw the lid and cut off the top of the bag under the metal clamp. Attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge (screw down hand tight). Place the cartridge into the dispensing gun. Gradually pressurise the cartridge by activating the hand trigger a few times until material passes through the mixing nozzle and an even colour is obtained (approximately 5 to 6 inches of extruded material should be adequate). Once the desired fill is achieved, release the pressure by pressing the slide release arm and pulling back the side rail, wipe off excess material and insert the fixing slowly, with a rotating action, to the desire depth.
Storage
Store in cool, dry conditions between 5 and 25°C.
