High quality elastomeric foam is coated with a black polymeric surface to create this durable, tough Eurobatex pipe insulation. It has a range of application both inside and out, offering frost protection to external pipes and thermal insulation for air conditioning unit pipes, civil heating and plumbing, ducting, refrigeration systems and even industrial heating and plumbing.
This UV stable, waterproof pipe insulation is a firm favourite across Europe as it’s tested and certified to EN 14304 as well as Class 0 UK building regulations. Eurobatex pipe insulation comes in 2m lengths with a split so that you can retrofit them and install them easily. At a mean temperature of 0°C these pipes will provide thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/mK.
