DryFix DPD Damp Proof Injection Cream is a BBA-approved silane-based chemical cream that injects directly into a wall to target the mortar bed directly. Once the cream has gained access to the mortar bed from small holes that you drill, the resin inside the silane-based cream is activated by the moisture inside the mortar, creating a pore liner. Once the pore liner generated by the cream fully cures then the cream becomes effective and damp proof.
This damp proofing cream is suitable for application on cavity and solid brick walls as well as stone and rubble filled walls.
There’s no need for any specialist equipment or knowledge when using this damp proof injection cream so the general trade as well as specialist damp proofers and even DIYers can use this product.
