Created to treat sewage from domestic or commercial properties to a level as specified and tested under European Performance Standard EN 12566 Part 3, this 18-person Pumped Sewage Treatment Plant from Clearwater's E range includes a 1000mm invert. It is Ideally suited as a solution for applications where a gravity system is not achievable.
This inbuilt integral pump system (IPS) will help to pump treated water away from your home while enhancing performance if your soakaway/watercourse area is a fair distance from your tank's outlet pipe. Ensuring your outdoor or garden area remains relatively unspoiled, this tank has been designed with low-level visibility and controlled ventilation. Not only will the risk of foul odours escaping the tank be kept to a minimum, but it will also be discreet.
For extra safety, the tank also incorporates a lockable childproof cover, which is safe for both children and pets, as well as an isolator and failure light. Easy to install with minimal maintenance needs, this sewage treatment plant simply requires annual desludging.
Treated water of 20mg/l BOD, 20mg/l Ammonia and 30mg/l S.S. can be achieved under standard domestic conditions and if the tank has been fitted correctly. Once treated, the effluence can be dispersed into a watercourse dependent on the conditions and location of the site and consent from local authorities.
