With a 1500mm invert, this 25-person gravity sewage treatment plant from Clearwater's E Range is a cost-effective solution for off-mains properties. The tank will treat sewage from domestic or commercial abodes to a particular level as specified and tested under European Performance Standard EN 12566 Part 3.
With its recommended annual desludging and no electrical or mechanical components, this 25-person plant has minimal maintenance requirements. With low visibility, it ensures your garden or outdoor area will remain relatively undisturbed. Due to the controlled ventilation, not only will the tank be subtle, but the potential for foul smells escaping it is kept to a minimum.
Featuring a lockable childproof cover, the tank offers additional safety for both children and pets and includes a failure light and isolator.
If the tank has been installed correctly and endures standard domestic conditions, treated water of 20mg/l Ammonia, 20mg/l BOD and 30mg/l S.S. can be achieved. Once treated, the effluence can be passed through into a watercourse dependent on consent from local authorities and the location and conditions of the site.
