Description

As a low-maintenance solution for off-mains properties, this twelve-person gravity sewage treatment plant with a 1000mm invert is part of Clearwater's E Range which comprises no mechanical or electrical components. Requiring minimal maintenance once installed, it is recommended to have annual desludging.

As specified and tested under European Performance Standard EN 12566 Part 3, the tank will treat effluent from a domestic or commercial building to a certain level. Once the tank is fitted correctly, in normal domestic conditions, treated water of 30mg/l S.S., 20mg/l BOD and 20mg/l Ammonia can be obtained. Once treated, the wastage can be discharged into a watercourse dependent on consent from local authorities and the conditions and location of the site.

Created with low-level visibility in mind, this sewage treatment plant ensures your outdoor or garden area will stay comparatively unspoiled. Not only will the tank be discreet, but thanks to the E range's controlled ventilation, the risk of foul smells escaping the tank is also minimised.

For added safety, the tank also includes a failure light, an isolator and a lockable childproof cover which makes it safe for both pets and children.
