For horticultural and agricultural growing applications, this GROUNDTEX Ground Cover Fabric is a high-quality and heavy-duty ground cover made from woven fabric. UV stabilised for above-ground use, the cover prevents weeds in 'standing out' areas or between plant beds without extra protection. Additionally, the hard-wearing fabric is compatible with covered areas including glasshouses and polytunnels.
Moisture can pass through the fabric and aids in increasing soil temperatures. In turn, this encourages healthy plant and crop growth whilst reducing the light that weeds require. The fabric can be purchased in roll sizes that vary from 1m to 5m in width.
This product is ideal for several applications, including 'standing out' areas, paths and paved areas, borders and plant beds, roads and driveways, car parks and areas of hardstanding, and earthworks, foundations and retaining structures.
